  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized bike boxes.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
